Level 2 Music
This course covers musical performance, creative composition and arranging music using a range of digital technologies and continues to develop students' musical knowledge from Level 1. Students will further develop skills and techniques which are useful for performing confidently in solo and group situations. Students will be encouraged to perform their own compositions as well as be enrolled in the music itinerant teachers programme.
The programme will be individually tailored to each student’s talents. Students will complete a selection, not all, of the standards listed below.
Level 1 Music or tuition on a musical instrument for 3/4 years
Total Credits Available: 31 credits.
Externally Assessed Credits: 8 credits.
Internally Assessed Credits: 23 credits.
