Subject Description

Physical Education Level 1 encourages students to explore how physical activity can positively influence well-being and to understand how the body functions during movement. A very practical senior course that focuses on developing movement, participation and interpersonal skills in physical activities including badminton, touch rugby, aquatics, personal training and in a variety of team games and pursuits.

$9 for the student workbook & $20 for aquatics.
